Asset Sentry — Offline Creator Tools

Asset Sentry is a collection of offline tools for game creators. PNG Preflight is described below. Additional downloads include their own README and license. Only listed files are included; future additions are not promised.

Check a folder of PNGs before your next game build. Asset Sentry spots inconsistent dimensions, filename collisions, corrupt inputs and missing transparency in a compact report. Everything runs in your browser on your own device. Export the results as CSV or JSON.

How to use

Download and extract the ZIP, open index.html in a modern browser, then choose your PNG files or folder. The included README explains each check.

Requirements and limits

Still PNG only. Limits: 2,000 files / 256 MiB per batch; 16 MiB / 16 megapixels per image; 8192 pixels per side. Modern browser with File, Canvas and createImageBitmap support required. Tested in Chromium on Windows; other browsers have not been directly tested.

AI disclosure

Code, documentation and simple original sample graphics were produced with AI assistance and programmatically verified. The product does not use AI at runtime. No third-party art or paid AI services are bundled. 

CSV Table Check — included download

Inspect UTF-8 CSV files locally before importing them into your game or data workflow. Check blank or duplicate headers, exact duplicate rows, missing cells, inconsistent column counts and possible spreadsheet formulas. Choose comma, semicolon or tab separators; quoted and multiline cells are supported. Export the issue report as JSON or CSV.

CSV limits: 10 MiB per file, 100,000 logical records, 1,000 columns and 10,000 reported issues. This tool reports issues; it does not clean data, enforce business rules or support legacy encodings. Original CSV data stays on your device. Open the included index.html and read README.md for the example and limits. Code and documentation were made with AI assistance; automated functional and archive-integrity checks passed.
